SUPREM' NOUGAT, G. Savin, is a serene and dynamic SME, very rooted locally and proud to offer a high-end artisanal product such as the famous Montélimar nougat. It is managed by Ghislaine SAVIN and her two children Romain and Julien MONTERO. They manage about twenty employees. In ten years they doubled the company's turnover. Each year, they produce more than 120 tons of nougat from Montélimar and Calissons. SUPREM'NOUGAT is now present in pastry shops, confectioners, delicatessens and regional product stores. It began to enter the retail market when it accepted the bet on quality. Obviously present in the Provençal tradition of 13 Christmas desserts, our white nougat, our black nougat and our calissons will delight you during the end-of-year celebrations. Merry Christmas!

It all began with a few innocent experiments in the kitchen. Having discovered the potential breadth of the raw food diet, Linus, our founder and guiding chocolate jedi-master, decided to explore just what was possible with raw cocoa. Inevitably there were a number of disasters before Linus found the path to true cacao wisdom, but with time, patience, and perseverance he slowly mastered the art. At which point he felt it was time to share his scrumptious creations with friends and family. The response was overwhelming - the chocolate wasn't just quite tasty, it was delicious, and people went wild for it. Linus thought he might well be on to something. That was when the serious experiments started: early starts, late finishes... Linus evolved into something of a mad scientist, but when he emerged from his chocolate laboratory he had the recipe for his chocolates, and a shining glint in his eye. That shining glint was what quickly became the Raw Chocolate Company. Founded in 2006, the Raw Chocolate Company now has numerous awards and is available across Europe and beyond!

Any dairy free product has to be made in an environment where there is no chance of contamination with dairy. We take this super seriously, and all our dairy free choccies are made in a separate, sealed off section of our confectionery factory which is regularly tested for traces of casein and lactose. Our confectionery ninjas wear different protective clothing in this area of the factory, and we have separate production and packaging machinery.
