YummyComb is a family business based in Yorkshire. Husband and Wife team Steve & Susie founded YummyComb in 2019. "Honeycomb is special to us, it’s a staple of the good old British traditional confectionery industry. Honeycomb was introduced to us by our grandparents on cold winter nights at the local fairground in large clear bags.  The taste of slightly burnt toffee and smell of candy floss is a fond childhood memory and the basis of our unique 21st century products. Alongside honeycomb who doesn’t love chocolate? If your going to do chocolate, you may as well do it right. It must be high quality, high cocoa content giving the perfect blanket to accompany our nostalgic cinder toffee (honeycomb to you Southerners).​ Sustainability is of course a must so we are proudly working with Cocoa Horizons sustainable chocolate. Making honeycomb is a skill and one best done by hand! The correct boiling temperature and levels of ingredients are key, therefore we refer to our busy bee honeycomb makers as chefs!  Our unique products may differ slightly in shape from batch to batch due to the handmade process, but all are equally as Yummy! Of course we began this journey with FREE FROM being our first criteria. Susie has grown up with many food intolerance's and allergies in the family, so we always had a drive to create the best tasting free from confectionery we could. Its not about creating something specialist its about creating something that many can all enjoy.

It all began with a few innocent experiments in the kitchen. Inevitably there were a number of disasters before Linus found the path to true cacao wisdom, but with time, patience, and perseverance he slowly mastered the art. At which point he felt it was time to share his scrumptious creations with friends and family. That was when the serious experiments started: early starts, late finishes... Linus evolved into something of a mad scientist, but when he emerged from his chocolate laboratory he had the recipe for his chocolates, and a shining glint in his eye. Farhi is a family owned business, started in 2003 by Michael Farhi who saw a gap in the market for chocolate coated fruits and nuts that could be offered in a ready to give, gift packaging. With the help of a few key family members, they started selling locally to Independent traders. The Rita Farhi brand was born, aptly named after Michael Farhi’s grandmother – Rita Farhi. After 18 years of trading, today the brand has expanded with a team of 30 people and a warehouse in London selling to domestic and international markets. With a range of over a 1000 products, the brand continues to expand through innovation and product development. RJF Farhi started off with Rita Farhi, the chocolate coated fruit and nuts and then expanded into other confectionery ranges. The brand offer became so popular that high-end retailers approached the company to develop ranges in white label formats. Farhi’s ability to develop product and packaging ranges has proven to be a success and the PL business has grown significantly. After nearly 20 years of supplying some of the finest, authentically American brownies and cakes, Lisa wanted a product that could be packaged but which still represented the quality ethic and taste of her brownies. So, Brownie Snaps were born - after two years of experimentation! Containing nothing but the finest ingredients, no preservatives, yet having a 9 month shelf life from production, they are a snappy, very chocolatey little cookie - full of flavour.
