Nemónic was created in Yecla in 1997 by the Castaño family. We are two sisters and two brothers, the third generation of a shoemaking family, taking over from our father, José Castaño. Our goal is to offer you exclusive, high-quality footwear with our own design. Our objective is to create and develop durable products based on limited, responsible production that does not generate unnecessary stock and, above all: local and sustainable. How do we do it? We are a small company with our own factory and nearby workshops, with social and equal awareness, respecting fair working conditions and decent wages. We select quality materials of national origin, valuing the Made in Spain label, the importance of raw materials, our tanners, and the hands of our artisans... We manufacture to order. We continue to support the retail distribution channel, your small neighborhood store, preserving the values and respect for small local businesses, avoiding unjustified overproduction and an aggressive commercial policy through large online sales platforms.
