Cannabilla produces natural cosmetics based on industrial hemp in the historic heart of Italy. Cannabilla was born in the area of the Monti Sibillini National Park in 2019 as a biochemical laboratory for the processing of hemp. Since its first weeks of activity, it has collaborated with many Italian and European companies for which it produces oils and extracts of the plant used as ingredients for products of technical use and cosmetic. Thanks to the experience gained in the treatment of the plant and the simultaneous revelation to the public, by scientific studies, of the remarkable virtues of hemp on the skin, the research begins and development of cosmetic preparations characterized by the presence of active substances from the extracts of hemp and its seeds. Since 2020, with the green light by the European authorities to use hemp and its extracts as ingredients in cosmetic products, Cannabilla officially becomes a Cosmetics-based Production Workshop of industrial hemp (cannabis sativa L). In 2021 it obtains the authorization from the Ministry of Health as a production workshop for the production of disinfectants of the PMC grade (Medical Surgical Unit).
