Chapel Market Roastery was founded in 2020 and is located in an old Laundrette on Chapel Market in Islington. The Laundrette was owned by the founder's mother and after years of running as a laundrette, it got repurposed so coffee could be roasted there. The founder, raised on the very street of the Laundrette has taken her passion for coffee and built a home for it in a space she knew very well. Coffee is roasted and packaged on-site this little Laundrette.
