Natalia is a printmaker and entrepreneur based in Milford, Michigan. After taking her first printmaking class in 2014, she was fascinated by the uniqueness of the medium. She enjoys the complexity of flipping traditional positive-negative space techniques and thinking through how color will lay on top of each other. While printmaking naturally produces graphic, simplistic designs, Natalia's prints appear painterly through her use of texture, gradients and layering of colors. Her work is inspired by nature and Mackinac Island, where she grew up. Natalia's art is on permanent display at the Michigan Hall of Justice in Lansing, Michigan, and has won the Best of Show Award at the Contemporary Art Exhibit on Mackinac Island. When she is not busy creating, Natalia works in her custom frame shop and art gallery in Milford, Michigan.
