My journey in the Health & Wellness industry began in 1999, in the healing red rocks of Sedona, Arizona, at the renowned Mii Amo Spa. Immersing myself in the art and science of wellness, I trained extensively in Ayurvedic treatments, hydrotherapy, and advanced therapeutic techniques. These experiences at some of the most prestigious spas in the country laid the foundation for my career in holistic healing and wellness. Over the years, I’ve played key roles in the growth and development of wellness centers and spas like Ummelina International in Seattle and Yakima, Washington. My hands-on work with clients, coupled with my extensive experience in managing and expanding spa operations, has provided me with deep practical knowledge. This expertise is the backbone of my approach to wellness, guiding me as I create spaces and products that truly nourish the body and spirit. A pivotal moment in my life occurred during my time at Western Washington University when a serious car accident deepened my appreciation for the healing power of natural ingredients. This experience led me to develop my line of magnesium-based products under the banner of Practicality. These products were born from necessity—a practical solution to real-world needs, providing effective relief and promoting recovery. And in 2022 I fractured my only to cement my love of our Magnesium-based products.
