Cotswold Candle Co was born in 2016 in the kitchen of the founder, Polly Oswald, in her home in the Cotswolds. Her love of candles and home fragrance inspired her to begin candle making as a hobby. This hobby very quickly grew into a small business, supplying local businesses and friends with her products. Fast forward to today and Polly now works out of her workshop outside Kingham, in the heart of the Cotswolds. She hand pours candles made from soy wax and her signature wooden wicks, which very gently crackle as they burn. There is huge attention to detail and every candle is made with love. There are over 25 fragrances to choose from, inspired by the Cotswold countryside and other places Polly has travelled to, and these fragrances are also available in reed diffusers, room spray and travel candles. Box sets, accessories and candle making kits are also available. Words from the Founder - "Although the range has grown, I still hand pour every candle in the same way I did when I first started out. I continue to source everything in the UK – from the glass, soy and mineral wax, wicks and fragrances to the beautiful packaging that helps to ensure your candle arrives safely at your door. I’m proud that my Cotswold Candle Company products are thoroughly British and hold true my original values and inspirations.
