Welcome to OkayWoods Studio! A one-woman-owned art studio based in Kelowna, BC. I'm Michelle, the maker, artist, illustrator and designer behind the art, prints, cards and everyday items designed to celebrate self-expression, and the wild awesomeness of mountain/lakeside life – merging design with nature. OKW art and hand-made, small-batch products are created to give everyone the opportunity to express themselves through authentic-feeling and accessible art. I started OKW Studio back in 2018 as a fun way to share my art with friends and realized a need for genuine, accessible art in a sea of beige, and decided to take it full-time in 2023. My style is heavily influenced by modern visual design trends and traditional methods to give my work a cool, coastal vibe with edge. All of my cards, prints and tees are designed and printed locally to support my community 🫶
