She settled in January 2020 in a workshop in Trégueux to be close to the natural resource of northern Brittany. Through a unique lacto-fermentation process, it promotes local wild brown seaweed by offering a new ready-made food, the natural, healthy, organic, simple and responsible veget'seaweed.
