New ICM proudly manufactures our sleepwear, slips and diaper covers in the United States in our Texas factory. New ICM has been operating from the same town since 1948. That equates to over 70 years of jobs for a small-town community. Our company was started by two schoolteachers: Irene Isaacson & Esther Carrico, with their “Double Seat Panty” invention that was patented in 1949. Recently, the company has changed hands and is back to being a woman owned and operated business. As always we want to express our thanks for your continued loyalty and support.
