Coming from a background in painting, Brittany received her Bachelors of Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute. Brittany spent the early years of her career as a graphic designer developing luxury green beauty brands. Having always taken a DIY approach to her style, Brittany often made her clothes from scratch and dabbled with jewelry making. Then one spring on a sabbatical from her design career, Brittany felt a calling to develop a brand that merged her love of art with her technical expertise in design and passion for sustainability. Named after Sonoma County, Valley Rose was the perfect name that embodied the romance & rustic spirit of the brand.Read their story
