From the backyard to the backcountry, I use art as a tool for observation, education, and advocacy. My practice is grounded in plein air painting, where I use watercolor and pen to be in conversation with the natural and cultural environment. I believe in art as a form of reciprocity, and am keen to find creative ways for my work to benefit the regions and communities that inspire it.
