At Highland Ridge, we hand-make beautiful home goods that make the world a better place. We are a non-profit organization creating dignified, sustainable work for at-risk people in our rural Tennessee community. We employ vulnerable women in the care of local agencies to give them a safe, positive work environment making and preparing our goods as they get back on their feet; giving them stability, opportunity, and a lot of love. These women clean all of our metal art, prepare our candles, and fold every tea towel that we sell. Every purchase that you make with us gives her hope and a future! We have experienced the life-transforming power of dignified work and we work every day to bring others into that freedom. What began in 2016 as a father-daughter business making metal art has evolved into something so much more. We are keenly aware that not everyone has the same opportunities for advancement as our family has been blessed with, so we hope to be the family they need in a dark season.
