About RGC Handmade

The RGC Handmade project started as an hobby, to have something to do during COVID lockdown, making small items to offer to family and friends, exploring new materials and techniques. With time the hobby evolved to something a little bit more serious, with the first custom orders from customers, to the first wholesale orders from specialized shops. Today RGC Handmade Originals is a proud brand of unique pieces, handmade with the best raw materials the market can offer, Italian/Portuguese leather, Burel from Portugal, French threads and Portuguese labour! 😃 All our products are cut, stitched and finalised by hand, where every single product have a personal touch, making them exclusive and unique. We only use leather from the best tanneries, full grain vegetable tanned leather, which is characterised by its durability. The traditional tanning method of using organic materials results in a natural look, enduring leather, which ages beautifully and develops a unique patina over time. Our two workshops are located in Wales and in Portugal, from were we craft/create and ship all of our items. We do not resell products from other artisans located in India or China, all products are made by ourselves, all handmade.
