Back in 1907, my great grandfather founded Jurgens Farms in the small town of Pickrell, Nebraska. We have been raising cattle my whole life and making beef jerky has always been a passion and dream of mine. At Jurgy, we pride ourselves on delivering you all-American beef jerky.
