My name is Carla, the artist behind Thirteenwinks, a fun line of hand drawn stickers and paper goods! I draw different buildings, landmarks and local favorite spots and put them into a collage skyline design for different cities. I really want everyone to look at my designs and be like “Hey! I recognize that place", or “Oh my gosh! It has my favorite little restaurant on it! Remember when we had that amazing night out there?!?”. Each city has so many things that make it unique, from big skylines to small fountains or dive bars. Who doesn’t love that special feeling when they are driving and see those familiar landmarks and finally feel like they are home. I have a Thirteenwinks signature Skyline Stickers for many cities across the US and am constantly adding more. These stickers and notecards are sort of an “elevated souvenir” that focus on fun color with a bit of hand lettering and southern charm thrown in. My designs are all about the details and being that perfect gift that reminds you of your hometown, college town, or favorite spot! I love that it can be a gift for locals who want to represent their town or for visitors to get as a souvenir! When I am not filling sticker orders or drawing you can find me in full mom mode helping my 3 little kids with all the things. Or reading a book (probably a trashy romance novel) while laying out on the beautiful Virginia Beach shore.Read their story
