Shining Sol’s candles are handcrafted in our flagship store’s hometown of Manassas, Virginia. All sourced materials that make up our candles are ‘Made in the USA’ from wax to wicks and jars. We use wood wicks which provide a slight crackle when lit (just like firewood) and our candles burn clean (no black walls/ceilings/air filters, woohoo!). Our candles will not funnel (pit) down the center like a lot of candles tend to do, so no wasted wax. Shining Sol candles burn edge to edge and all the way down and the fragrances we use are partially infused with essential oils, phthalate free and we do not dilute our scents. The fragrance in a Shining Sol candle will not dissipate halfway through its burn life (a common problem with other candles) and you can expect to enjoy your candle scent from the first light to the last.
