Curtain Critters® were placed in the heart of Josephine (our President) in the winter of 1998. She was always very crafty (knitting, crocheting etc.). One day she made a stuffed animal that was so cute and wondered how it would look as a tieback for her window treatment. Her friends said she should sell them, but she was very busy with her career, so she tabled the idea. Then in 2009, when she was laid off from her job due to the economy she decided now was the time to turn things around in her life and make people smile. So what seemed to be a low point in her life ended up becoming the best thing that could ever happen to her and millions of children all over the world. Her dream finally came true and Curtain Critters® were born! Curtain Critters Inc. is a wholesaler of unique, award winning plush curtain tieback toys. Each Critter is lovely created for the wholesale and retail markets bringing happiness to children of all ages, all over the world, for as long as they own them. Our Critter’s become every child’s new best friend and keepsake heirloom they will pass down to their children and generations to come! Everyone at Curtain Critters® not only cares about producing a high quality product, but also truly care about children. It is for that reason that we donate too many children’s causes. We also make sure that our Critters are safe for all children including the differently challenged so that they all can have a chance to play with our Critters and be happy!
