As a kid, my mother impressed upon me the importance of expressing love through simple acts of gift giving. I found myself repeatedly uninspired by the lack of diversity in images and words I found in store-bought cards. This combination of love and frustration sparked a desire that led to the creation of Dafri Studios. I envisioned making greeting cards that told stories with collages, illustrations and simple sentiments that had deeper meanings on the exterior of the card to allow you to share you thoughts and feelings on the inside. With a strong focus on themes of encouragement, fun, and nostalgia, I illuminate the moments of freedom found in the midst adversity.
