In the 19th century, "limonadiers" referred to the manufacturers of lemonades and beverages in general, which they sold directly to cafes. Appie is the first new-generation "limonadier." We create, produce, and distribute authentic and 100% original drinks that renew the ordinary: Cider for aperitifs, Sodas that make us feel good, Craft beer that speaks to everyone. Our drinks travel from cafes to homes, bringing the cafe spirit to family gatherings and friends' aperitifs. Initially, Appie was 5 friends with a desire for something tangible, a desire for quality, a desire for exchange, and a taste for shared adventure. We have existed since 2015 with a passion for doing things well, in depth. We love building a project and relationships. Historically, we started by working with cafe owners, offering a unique product on their terraces, cider at aperitif time. We wanted a good product, well-produced, 100% natural with French fruits, that remains accessible.
