The name formally Lelia Rose Designs which derives from her grandmother Lelia and middle name of Jessica. As we transitioned we moved to Luxe Noire. We focus on the additive beauty of earrings and necklaces. We also love luxury in the place we call home so we've cultivated a home decor extension to our brand.
