You Again is a superfood brand bridging the gap between ancient nutrition and modern foods. Our product offerings include our new Super Honey grab & go superfood pouches, and our ancient inspired baking mixes. As an endurance athlete, our founder, Priya, struggled with a decade long eating disorder, a result of over exertion and under nourishment, which ultimately led to irreversible bone injuries & deterioration, serious hormone disruption, fertility concerns, and years of gastrointestinal and thyroid issues. She developed You Again with the intention to get Back to Real Food. Almost all packaged foods in the grocery store, and even Better-For-You brands, are packed with processed ingredients and refined sugars, or sugar substitutes. Recent studies show that sugar substitutes have a negative impact on our metabolism and hormone health. Super Honey was inspired by our ancient Indian ancestor’s method of blending herbs and spices with raw honey for enhanced benefits. At You Again, we believe that our ancestors utilized nature, and food found in nature, to fuel their daily life. From fruit to honey to herbal plants, real food is the solution to our Western World’s Sugar Pandemic. Over 15% of honey sold in the USA is adulterated with processed syrups. Our biggest impact is with American beekeepers by raising awareness and partnering with small, local farmers to ensure their businesses thrive, amidst the honey fraud.
