About Bee Ulmo
One day, while BEE ULMO’s husband-wife co-founders were traveling through the breathtaking, remote and pristine forests of Chilean Patagonia, they discovered this miraculous honey that came from the Ulmo tree flower. At first, the couple thought it was only the region's people being proud of their local honey. But upon closer examination, they learned... The Catholic University of Chile, led by prominent scientist and botanist Dr. Gloria Montenegro, has been conducting studies on the properties of Ulmo honey for over 30 years. After analyzing more than 500 varieties of honey from around the world, BEE ULMO showed higher antibacterial properties than all other brands of honey, making BEE ULMO nature’s most powerful honey. BEE ULMO is APF (Active Patagonia Factor) certified, which proves its natural capacity to fight bacteria that are resistant to traditional antibiotics, such as Penicillin, inhibiting its development and preventing its spread. Our promises: - We only use unprocessed and unfiltered raw Patagonian Ulmo honey. - We don’t use any additives or artificial ingredients to maintain its purity and creamy texture. - We never heat up or mix our honey in order to keep its anti-bacterial properties, vitamins, minerals and enzymes intact. With your morning coffee, afternoon tea, with lukewarm water and lemon juice, with fruit, on a toast,.. or by itself, BEE ULMO’s unique floral flavor will keep you coming back for more!

As a honey sommelier, with 25 years of beekeeping history in my family, I know how incredible different varieties of honey can taste. Rich. Sweet. Earthy. Deep. Woody. And yet, all too often, the factory process of mixing varieties and adding sweeteners, makes every jar on the shelves taste the same, and also makes honey the 3rd most faked product on the planet. This happens with honey, all over the world. And it’s what Deukes is here to change. Using proprietary technology and craftsmanship in beekeeping, our collection of raw monofloral varieties, each with a distinct taste and harvested using sustainable practices, is here to make honey special again. Our honeys are monofloral, produced from the nectar of predominantly a single plant species, resulting in unique individual flavours, tastes and unrivalled health benefits. Unique. Distinctive. Deliciously different. world away from the squeezy, samey, fake blends you’ve probably tried before. With only the highest quality nectar making the grade, our diverse collection of award-winning honeys is for more than spreading on toast. From the runny to the rich, the silky to the sumptuous, we offer cheese, food – and drinks – pairings for each variety, opening people’s eyes to a world of natural tastes, textures and health benefits known about for thousands of years.

WilderBee Hot Honey was created on board street food chef Dan Shearman’s ethical food truck in 2014 after discovering the sweet and spicy condiment in a New York pizza joint. On returning to London, Dan created a UK version for his menu, using the highest quality, sustainably produced honey infused with fresh chillies. Our original 2022 Great Taste Award Winning Hot Honey is made with bee-friendly, organic wildflower honey and a blend of sustainably grown, fruity, fiery scotch bonnet chillies - it's the perfect balance of sweetness and heat. Whether you're drizzling it over pancakes, pizza, seafood, BBQ fried chicken, ice cream, or to spice up your cocktails - you’ll be hooked after your first drizzle. 2022 saw the launch of our world first and Great Taste Award Winning Gochujang Hot Honey. By infusing the sweet and spicy flavour of hot honey with the complexity of Gochujang, a traditional fermented Korean chilli paste, we have created a condiment that's like nothing you've ever tasted before. Incredible for BBQ, chicken wings, grilled cheese, pizza, seafood or roasted vegetables, our Gochujang Hot Honey adds a spicy Korean kick to any dish. And now introducing our 2023 Sriracha Hot Honey! All of the sweet floral notes of our organic wildflower honey infused with the complexities of a fermented Sriracha. Your breakfast eggs will never be the same again..
JD’s Hot Honey was started by Jade during lockdown in 2020 after she and her husband found a new obsession with home cooked Neapolitan pizza. Feeling like sweet chilli and hot sauces on pizza didnt really work, she started testing some home cooked honey infused with red Jalapeños. It wasn’t long until they couldn’t really eat a pizza again without a drizzle of the hot honey and after they found that they loved it just as much on fried chicken, fish, roast veg, BBQ and just about anything - she knew that she needed to share the sweet heat of Hot Honey with others. So Jade found some suppliers and someone to make and bottle her recipe and got to work on launching JD’s Hot Honey, using the same recipe she developed at home that delivers the sweetness of honey and the gentle, rising heat of Red Jalapeño. We use only local UK suppliers and are thrilled to supply some of the best pizza and BBQ restaurants around as more and more people are starting to try and fall in love with the sweet heat of JD’s Hot Honey.
At The Scottish Bee Company, we are passionate about crafting pure honey and Scottish produce that is both delicious and minimally processed. Founded in 2017 by Suzie and Iain Millar, our mission is deeply rooted in sustainability, authenticity, and making a positive impact on the environment. Our Mission: Our journey began with a commitment to addressing the alarming decline in bee populations. Initially, we focused on providing bees to beekeepers across Scotland, but soon realised the importance of supporting all pollinators. This inspired the creation of our sister charity, RePollinate, which promotes pollination through education and wildflower projects. Our Approach: As we grow, we continue to develop a product range that embodies the essence of the Scottish Larder. We champion slow food principles and regenerative farming practices. Every ingredient we use is thoughtfully selected, reflecting the unique soil, climate, and environment that shape them. Our Values: Environmental responsibility is at the core of everything we do. We uphold fair wages, flexible working hours, and sustainable practices. This commitment is evident in our use of ethical honey, sustainable ingredients, and eco-friendly packaging materials. With respect for both the environment and the people who inhabit it, we strive to create products that benefit both.

The Travelling Bee Company is a family run business based in the UK that specialises in producing raw, natural and unprocessed honeys in an ethical way. Simply put, we care about bees and their well-being and the proof is in the jar, because we believe that happy and healthy bees make the best honey. We first started beekeeping in the urban fringes of the counties of Tyne and Wear and Northumberland and then located hives to Scotland in the beautiful county of Argyll and Bute to take advantage of the natural, wild heather. As well as our own honey, we work with select beekeepers across the world that share the same values as we do and showcase their honeys. Our balms, soaps and gift sets all contain our honey. On our various platforms we aim to add an educational element in the hope that you might want to follow the progress of our bee hives and support local producers and beekeeping. All of our bees are homed in quality hives in beautiful locations giving you the benefits of their skills in obtaining the highest quality natural nectar and pollen.

We have always been passionate about bees and raw honey. Regularly visiting our good friend Csaba, who is a committed beekeeper, has always been exciting. We talked for hours about bees and beekeeping. He looks after his bees like they were his children. This level of care and commitment amazed me, his raw honey is truly exceptional quality. After every visit, we ended up with many kgs of honey on our hands. We were enjoying his honey for many years, we always loved it. Even since we moved to the UK, we were bringing it back with us from family visits. Somehow the taste and smells keep reminding us of our childhood and homeland. Those breakfasts, cakes and other lovely stuff are made with this fantastic gift of nature. The idea of RAW Artisan Honey was born around 2013. We like to gift honey to friends for various occasions. When our friends were asking about the honey we brought from home, it didn’t take long to realise that we have something special. We were passionately telling the stories about each variety, the bees to our friends and they were just loving the quality and the philosophy behind artisan honey. The feedbacks have always been great, and soon after we decided to turn our passion into RAW Artisan honey.
