MARIGOLD, created in 2014 by Marilyne Baril, is a high-end clothing brand, entirely designed and manufactured in Montreal. Today the brand is distributed in about twenty stores across Canada. MARIGOLD supports ethical and fair practices, with respect for employees in the manufacturing sector and the environment. The subcontractors are chosen with care and the brand focuses on the origin of its raw materials in order to create chic Montreal clothing of good quality. The company encourages "slow fashion", thus advocating quality over quantity. This local production minimizes the environmental impact, a priority for Marilyne Baril. . MARIGOLD, créé en 2014 par Marilyne Baril, est une marque de vêtements haut de gamme, entièrement conçus et fabriqués à Montréal. Aujourd’hui la marque est distribuée dans une vingtaine de boutiques à travers le Canada. MARIGOLD soutient des pratiques éthiques et équitables, dans le respect des employés du secteur manufacturier et de l’environnement. Les sous-traitants sont choisis avec soin et la marque s’attarde sur la provenance de ses matières premières dans le but de créer des vêtements montréalais chic de bonne qualité.
