I was created by a Wayuu woman who learned from her mother and grandmother how to weave me since she was a child, a technique passed down from generation to generation. I am the product of the creative intelligence of my artisan who took many, many days to make me, bringing me directly from her imagination to reality without following any pattern, simply using her hands, a needle, and many threads. She can create thousands of works of art like me, but each one is unique and different. That's why people go crazy for me: because I am a one-of-a-kind piece without equal.
