About Ghunter Candle

My name is Monica, mom of four wonderful boys. I started Ghunter Candle after I received a candle as a gift. At the time I was looking for a hobby to help me with my PTSD. So I started researching all about candles, all the different types of waxes, fragrance oils, temperatures, math equations, etc. All of that helped to keep my mind busy. As I started to make candles and mixing fragrance oils it reminded me of my son Gabriel Hunter who passed away when he was 1 year and 5 months. It brought a lot of memories of him and I found peace and comfort. Candles calm my mind and the process of handcrafting them has help my mental health. I knew then that I wanted to turn this hobby into something more. My mission is to share the emotions and feelings we have after losing a loved one. Every time you light a candle you remember the ones that left us. I hope our candles bring you solace and joy remembering times of hope, love and gratitud.
