A wheat bag is essentially what it sounds like, a bag of wheat! ☆But what are they for? Well they can be a great alternative to a traditional hot water bottle - not only are they much safer but they are more mouldable to different areas of the body! ☆Why do you use wheat? Wheat is ideal as it warms up quickly and releases heat slowly. It's completely natural and can be heated over and over! It can also be frozen or chilled, making it a great cold pack - no more frozen peas! ☆How do they help aches and sore muscles?
