Co-founded in 2017, Marta and Andy started Edinburgh Honey Co. with just 24 hives, and a passion for bees and good honey. Now with over 400 hives, a cosy shop, and a small team, they are excited to introduce you to a world of amazing honey. Andy is a 3rd generation Beekeeper, he keeps our local bee sisters here in Scotland, producing heather honey, as well as rapeseed which we combine to form the base of our Hot Toddy honey. In addition to this, Andy's grandfather in Poland supplies us with our Linden and Buckwheat Honeys. Check out our website directly to see our full range of Scottish and Polish honey. In addition to our range of pure honey, we also source the finest flavours to create our infusions. Adding only a touch of additional flavour, we select ingredients that work to bring out the delicious natural flavours of our plain honey. Creating a wide range of infusions, there is an infusion for everyone and every recipe. We also provide a wide range of other bee products, including bee pollen, bee bread and beeswax candles. Our range has recently expanded to include handmade soaps, inspired by our bee sisters, and the environments they flourish in. All of our honey is 100% raw, and 100% natural.
