About FishSki Provisions

FishSki Provisions makes great tasting, easy to prepare, Southwestern flavored comfort foods. Everything we make is inspired by the foods and cultures of the Mountain Southwest and requires just water and minimal preparation (no straining). All our meals are vegetarian, all natural, and made with NON-GMO milk, peppers, pasta; and real Hatch Chile from New Mexico farms. Our packaging is recyclable, pack-able, and weather resistant to take on adventures or keep around for when you might not have much in the house. We (Rob and Tania) founded FishSki Provisions to share our passions with the world: flyfishing, skiing, and Southwestern foods. In addition to creating delicious, easy to prepare, and accessible Southwestern meals we give over 3% of our sales to volunteer conservation or recreational access efforts to ensure there will be great fishing and skiing in the future. FishSki Provisions founder Tania McCormack also started a line of products for children called Brookie Designs.
