Tinkering Labs was created by education pioneer Gever Tulley, who also founded the legendary San Francisco K-12 school Brightworks and is the author of the bestselling book "50 Dangerous Things (You Should Let Your Children Do)." The mission of Tinkering Labs is to help kids nurture their natural creative power and problem solving abilities. Our kits inspire young inventors with engaging challenges and intriguing materials including real wood, real motors, and real tools. And to help make tinkering available to more kids, we donate 1% of all sales to the non-profit Institute for Applied Tinkering.
