Your Childhood dreams come true! Cookie dough made in Germany! For as long as Hildi can remember, she has always preferred to eat cookie dough than feed the finished cookies. Earlier, at her grandmother's kitchen, and later baking Advent with her best friend. Because she didn't want to miss out on this pleasure during pregnancy with her twins, Hildi and her partner Constantin developed a perfect cookie dough recipe without raw eggs and baking powder, but with heat-treated flour. This is how the Spooning brand was created in 2017. Starting in various street food markets, they further expanded their idea and opened their own cookie dough bar in Berlin's trendy “Kollwitzkiez” district. A paradise for all self-confessed bowl scrapers and whisk tealers! Thanks to the great success in the program “The Höhle der Löwen”, they have made their brand known nationally and have come a big step closer to their vision: #keksteigfüralle. The stirring mixtures are quick & easy to mix. Just add some water or (vegetable) milk with margarine or butter — stir through — done.
