Jennifer Rhinehart, a 15-year Navy veteran from Alpine, CA, embodies resilience and adaptability. With over two decades of nursing experience, she's certified as a Lactation Consultant and a Board-Certified Maternal Child Newborn Nurse. Her military service instilled discipline and leadership, which led her to an Executive MBA. In 2021, medical challenges shifted her career path, but her resolve remained steadfast. Passionate about caring for others and with a background in leadership, Jennifer ventured into entrepreneurship in December 2022. She co-founded CocosmileCups along with her sister and brother-in-law, inspired by the challenges of raising nine children (between the two families), including two sets of twins! The brand simplifies life for parents and children with versatile products and has been quickly gaining popularity. In just six months, the two families expanded into wholesale and distribution, focusing on a brand aligned with their values. Jennifer is tirelessly building networks, anchored by a robust business plan, to fuel her commitment to excellence.
