About Papurino

Every papurino-product is created from love to nature and natural materials, from passion to design and hand-making. We hope that our products are meaningful and bring joy to the people. Papurino is a design house of three entrepreneurs. We design and produce interior decoration products from natural materials using modern techniques. The values of our company are based on the ecological production process, the production chains of our products are transparent. We prefer local production and domestic small suppliers, and most of our products are manufactured in our factory in Southern Finland. Each of us does product designing, assembly, and other daily work. In addition we have the following adaptive responsibilities: Anna is responsible for visual marketing and artwork, utilizing the teachings of a textile designer. Kaarlo is responsible for the production with the expertise of a wood handicraft teacher. Olli manages sales and marketing. He has been trained in international trade and has a long career as a sales professional. Olli and Kaarlo share the same passion; maps. Together they design and produce new wooden city maps. There is plenty of work to do with the maps. In addition to giving a recognizable picture of the target city, the map must also be visually balanced and executable from wood. Read their story
