Kim Ullner, the founder of 1-2-3 Gluten Free, has always loved baking and making people happy through tasty treats. Growing up, Kim's sister had celiac disease so Kim was used to modifying recipes to accommodate her sister. Later, Kim also developed celiac and then when several additional members of her family were diagnosed, Kim started creating recipes to ensure that the youngest members of the family did not have to do without. She often visited her sister and decorated cakes and cupcakes so that her nieces and nephew could have character cakes and such for birthday celebrations. This business truly started in a home kitchen, as a "side hustle." Kim believes it's important to have the 1-2-3 Gluten Free products produced in the United States, supporting U.S. jobs, of only quality ingredients and with care. It is now seventeen years since 1-2-3 Gluten Free was started and, now, Kim's own children help with the business.
