300ml Traditional ponzu sauce packed with the famously aromatic, tart and complex flavour of fresh yuzu juice. Authentic and high quality ingredients including shiitake mushroom, bonito soup stock, kombu seaweed and soy sauce provide the distinctive umami flavour. Mirin and amazake balance the tart yuzu juice with their natural sweetness. Ponzu is classically used as a dipping sauce for gyoza, sushi and sashimi. It is also a very effective marinade for meat, fish and vegetables where it will add citrus zing and umami depth. Yuzu ponzu can also be used straight from the bottle for a very original salad dressing.
