This unique hand made jacket is a piece of wearable art . made from fine merino wool hand felted onto cotton muslin so it is delicate yet strong. This piece is special as i have created the textile first by hand , wet felting the brushed merino wool onto fine cotton muslin by hand to create panels of nuno felt . then i have cut and re stitched the panels to create this unique jacket . it is a loose fitted jacket , but looks great on a uk size 8 to a size 18. The closure of the jacket is a embellished metal button. Light sky blue with touches of grey and cream and details of plant fibres such as mint and hemp. This jacket looks great with jeans and the dressed up for an evening out. This jacket is a one of a kind piece but if you would like something similar i can create one in any colour , although each piece will be slightly different. Dry clean only !
