An amber-colored honey with a strong floral and waxy smell, it has a sweet and slightly sour taste. Its mild flavor shows its origin in eucalyptus flowers and also in its smell. Undoubtedly a wonder for lovers of soft honey with balsamic and expectorant properties provided by the eucalyptus nectar of which it is composed. Very different from other honeys, very pleasant.
