Our echinacea and elderberry syrup is a pleasant tasting extract made from echinacea roots and elderberries in a sugar base that can be used to mix into drinks, for baking or just sucked off the spoon!  Elderberries (Sambucus nigra) has been used for centuries as a tasty, vitamin C-rich ingredient in hot toddies during the winter months to avoid coughs, colds and the flu. The syrup also includes Echinacea root, used in American Indian medicines for hundreds of years.
