Extra virgin olive oil from Jaén picual variety, early harvest, harvested in mid-October. TASTING NOTES On the nose, our oil has an intense green olive fruit, with very high notes of fresh grass, olive leaf and green stems, green almond and hints of tomato. In the mouth, the freshness of the herb and green fruits appears great, with a sweet taste and a slight final itch, due to the variety from which it comes. Overall, it is an oil with a perfect and complex balance that results from great harmony.
