We are a family owned and run business based in Scotland, UK with a creative heart. Scotland is blessed with long daylight hours in the summer but come October to April, the daylight hours are short and nights long. Taking inspiration from our Scottish landscape, where the light is amazing and by our travels around the World, we set out to make contemporary all year round, garden products that last long, are fully recyclable and help keep our home spaces looking good while helping encourage nature. Already working with acrylic, and missing the sunshine in the winter months, we decided to develop a range of fluorescent glowing garden decorations, using a special type of acrylic that attracts and emits UV light, creating a mystical glow and powerful, vibrant reflections. These contemporary, garden decorations add colour and light to any home setting, putting a smile on people’s faces, especially on those days where the sun is hiding. Our SunCatchers not only attract light, they are also a magnet for pollinators; butterflies, bees and even, we are told, the odd hummingbird in certain parts of the World, are drawn to the glow.
