“One of the big triggers leading to the creation of Maison Loüno took place in 2008 when I discovered that I am gluten intolerant. At the age of 21, I realize that my diet and lifestyle have a decisive impact on my health. After reducing ingredients like sugar, gluten and dairy products, I start integrating ingredients that, on the contrary, are presented by scientific studies as super-powerful. A few years later, I discovered adaptogenic plants which, in addition to a holistic lifestyle, were a revelation for me! Ashwagandha, reishi, chaga... I have fun playing little chemist every morning, in order to combine superfoods and adaptogenic plants for my latte of the day. I mix them with delicious cocoa and ceremonial matcha to create targeted and dosed hot drinks so that the lattes are easy, quick to make and delicious on the palate! Maison Loüno magic rituals are born:) At first, I rented a gluten-free workshop from a caterer in Paris to make all the preparations on Fridays, and ship them with a personalized word. Then, more and more people discovered our rituals, adopted them, and the team has grown well since then!
