During the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, my husband and I, unfortunately, lost our firstborn daughter stillborn at 27 weeks in May 2020. It was a tragic and great loss for our family. Adeline was to be the first grand baby of on both sides of our family. As we grieved, I wanted to do something to keep her memory alive, but I didn't know what. For some reason, I got fascinated with candle making and how it was done. I felt pulled to it and became obsessed with it, but I didn't have the right accommodations to start making them. In the mean time, I spent months researching by watching countless YouTube and TikTok videos. I started a notebook with ideas and collections that I wanted to, and I started to create my brand. But one thing was still missing...a name. It couldn't just be any name. It had to be a special name. A name that would be remembered. A name that would keep Adeline's memory alive. As I laid in bed on the verge of falling asleep a name finally came to me...Angels Touch Candle Co. Even though our time was cut short, Adeline was that she was a very sweet, soft, and loving baby girl. She loved ice cream and took pleasure in keeping me up at night with her kicks. Often times it felt like she was snuggling into me, which she probably was. Her warmth and love that poured into me is what I pour right back into each and every candle that is made. My goal is to share her love with others to bring warmth and comfort to their homes.
