I was raised in the western suburb of Chicago, Glen Ellyn, Illinois, I received a Bachelors in Art History from Loyola University, Chicago, where I fell in love with art and history during a year studying at Loyola University in Rome, Italy. I have designed and painted for clients in the US and Ireland. After raising a family, I took an opportunity to launch my new business in San Diego, California. A dream come true. Greeting Cards as Works of Art. When studying mediums to use in my cards, I came across Alcohol Ink. The Ink creates a magical ethereal design. Phew….that is a long description. The medium was exactly what I had been searching for. It is a mixture of Alcohol Ink and Isopropyl Alcohol. The art is graceful, the colors bold, and the rest is history. I believe the cards you'll receive are worthy of framing! You don’t have to file them or throw them away like you might with so many others! They are pieces of art meant to be shared.
