Two Women from Two different cultures with One Goal in Mind… Inspired by ancient beauty secrets of Moroccan women, we embarked on an adventure with one goal in mind. To source the most powerful and purest Moroccan skincare oils. It is with this philosophy that Marrouge was created. It all started in early 2018 when we decided to take a trip to Syndele’s native Marrakech in search of the naturally potent Argan and Prickly Pear oils, for which the women in her family used for generations as powerful beauty potions for glowing skin. Our oils can only be found in Morocco and only in purest form from a few of the most prestigious oil makers in the country, specially formulated for us and now to you. We have always shared a love of friendship and all things beauty which is what led us on the hunt for radiant and youthful skin. Drena, a native New Yorker and Syndele a true Parisian with Moroccan roots, both worked in the luxury fashion and beauty industry for years. One thing we knew was we were fed up with the harsh chemicals and false promises of big cosmetic companies and their overly priced products. We knew we wanted to create an affordable luxury skin care line that has real skin benefits with powerful natural ingredients. Kismet (meaning “destiny” in Arabic) brought us to our home in London where Marrouge was born and where we showcase our products to other women who we know will benefit from and love these products as much as we do.
