Owner and artist, Ashlee Kinsella, has three kids of her own and is passionate about finding ways to help her kids navigate the complexities of life in a healthy way. Daily affirmations and mindfulness practices is part of daily life, and given the whole family the mental tools needed to build the resilience and confidence to thrive.
