Evy Benita is an independent wildlife illustrator. Originally from Norway, she moved to the UK in 2012 to pursue a creative career. Evy's work focuses on raising awareness of wildlife through playful and whimsical art and cute merchandise. Evy's design collections are brought to life through crowdfunding, particularly through platforms like Kickstarter and Patreon. This not only makes the products possible, but it also determines whether or not there's public interest in any particular design collection, and also gives an indication of which designs will sell. By knowing these stats up front, Evy's brand can adapt order quantities to demand, and thereby reduce waste and over-production. As a brand, Evy Benita uses sustainably sourced and plastic-free packaging. Products are manufactured locally when possible, and all packaging is sourced and printed within the UK. All products are designed, quality checked and packed by Evy herself.
