At Pascual Berganzo we are a 100% family owned and artisan winery. We specialize in carbonic maceration wines (harvest wines) and other high-quality Rioja Alavesa wines. We are in the heart of Samaniego, the golden mile of Rioja Alavesa. My Pascual Berganzo family's wineries date back to the 17th century. In fact, you can visit the cellars in the wine cellar. My father, Eduardo Pascual, was part of the new generation of harvesters in the 80s. They were responsible for making aromatic young wines in stone wineries. Nowadays we continue to respect tradition, but we have also incorporated stainless steel tanks to produce other high-quality wines and help us control the temperature in white and aged wines. I strictly follow the traditions of my grandfather and father. I am currently responsible for a new generation of wines with the Alútiz brand (in honor of my mother) and for opening the doors to our house for you.
