Hi, my name is Marissa, Founder and Owner of Sweet Joy Candles. I was born and raised in Victoria, Texas. I am married to my best friend Blake, and we have two beautiful daughters Avery and Abigail. I love candles, and started my business to share the healthiest and high quality candles i know how to make! I bought my daughters a candle making kit during the pandemic and we quickly fell in love with mixing and melting our favorite scents. One day my youngest daughter Abbi said," Mom lets make a candle line." With lots of thought i said, " What would our name be?" She said, "SWEET JOY" sweet for Avery (my oldest daughter) and Joy for me (thats her middle name). It has been full of BLESSINGS every since that moment and im so thankful to have each and everyone of you apart of it. Our greater mission is to share the Love of Christ to all our candle friends.
