Welcome to Fern+Mitch Handmade. We are so exited to have you! Here's a little bit about the faces behind this business, Hi, I’m Janani, a Sri Lankan - Canadian living in her big Texan dream. A fashion/costume designer in previous life and the proud creator of this brand. I discovered Polymer clay as a bored collage student years ago and I have been in love ever since! I love creating fantastical, colourful and nature inspired pieces. I love that polymer cay has the power to bring anything in my head in to reality. Let me introduce you to my team... Thi is my husband. He is my right hand. Thi is a Payroll analyst by night and assorted creative by night. He is the manager of operations and chief financial officer. From quality control, graphic work to post office runs he does it all. He is also a pro burp-er! I’m so lucky to be married to my best friend! Every day is an adventure with this one! Next we have the cutest and the greatest member of our team, Saint. Saint is the big boss. We adopted him in 2020 after being returned to the shelter twice by previous adopters. He is an amazing addition to our team. Saint..Well He...he actually does nothing but he is very helpful being the stress reliever. Anyways he still is a great boss! 15/10 would recommend working for him. Fern + Mitch is a play on letters on me and my husband's last names! It's been the greatest pleasure of creating beautiful works of art and I'm s apperceive that I get to do this 24/7!
